After a completed Pro Export checkout, the activation code is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address supplied by PayPal. Enter the code in the BlurClipAI workspace to unlock PNG and WebM downloads.

For a missing activation code or checkout recovery, send only the PayPal receipt ID, the email used at checkout, and a short description of what is missing. Do not send the original media, screenshots, file names, redaction regions, account credentials, or payment data.

For export troubleshooting, include the browser name, file type, and whether you used blur, pixelate, or cover. Describe the symptom without attaching private media.

BlurClipAI is a practical privacy tool, not legal redaction software. Always inspect exported files before publishing or sending them to clients.

Load the current media, place at least one redaction, and complete both export-review checks first. The main workspace then shows the $19 checkout and PayPal fallback so you can confirm the file is ready before paying.
